Before co-founding Headwaters Wealth Management in 2014, Bob held senior leadership roles at some of the world’s largest brokerage firms. Over time, he saw how the traditional model often prioritized products over people. Headwaters was built to change that. Today, Bob works closely with clients to understand their full financial picture—and the life they want it to support—then crafts strategies designed with a goal to endure, grow, and adapt.

Bob earned degrees in Political Science and English from the University of Southern Maine and previously studied at the University of Idaho. His experiences on both the East and West Coasts have given him a broad, balanced perspective—one he brings into every client relationship.
Based in Eagle, Idaho, Bob lives with his wife, Sarah, and their two children, Spencer and Faith. Outside the office, he’s a passionate wine collector, a committed community supporter, and a board member of the St. Alphonsus Foundation. He also actively supports the Sawtooth Society, 100 Men for Good, and the Boise Rescue Mission.
